1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern your use of the MyGPSConverter iOS application and the mygpsconverter.com website, both operated by Nexus Works. By downloading or using the app, or by using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or the site.

2. License

MyGPSConverter is free to download and use for personal and professional purposes. Nexus Works grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the app.

3. Navigation and Accuracy Disclaimer

MyGPSConverter converts coordinates between standard reference systems and is designed with care, but it is not certified navigation equipment and must not be your sole means of navigation or positioning in safety-critical situations. Position accuracy depends on your device's GPS hardware, satellite conditions, and the datum of the source data. Always verify critical positions against a second source — a paper map, a dedicated GPS receiver, or your organization's standard equipment — before acting on them. Nexus Works is not liable for loss, injury, or damage arising from reliance on the app's output.

4. No Warranty

The app and website are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Nexus Works does not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Privacy

MyGPSConverter collects no personal data. See the Privacy Policy for details on local storage and device permissions.

6. Feature Requests and Submitted Content

If you submit ideas or feedback through the feature request board, you grant Nexus Works a perpetual, royalty-free right to use them to improve the app, without obligation or compensation. Do not submit confidential information.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this page, with its effective date above. Continued use of the app or site after a change constitutes acceptance.
